We make our bagels the traditional way, in a process that takes about 24 hours from start to finish. You can find our bagels at Falmouth Market (located on Falmouth Moor) on Saturdays from 12, baked fresh and filled with our tasty vegan fillings. We make our bagel fillings from scratch, including our famous seitan pastrami, carrot salmon, marinaded tofu bacon and crispy maple coconut bacon.
